Annually, Bauer Commercial Services and the Bauer Family of companies organize two festive holiday events for our employees and their families. We host a family-friendly gathering at Chuck E Cheese, as well as an elegant evening party for our employees and their spouses at Presque Isle Downs & Casino.


Furthermore, BCS holds an annual summer picnic at Waldameer for all staff members and their children. We also sponsor and participate in various golf outings and functions in collaboration with our business partners, involving our project foremen, superintendents, and project managers.


We value our employees' input and encourage them to suggest charities and organizations that hold personal significance or have impacted their lives. Through our 4002 & You Campaign, the Bauer family of companies donates to and raises awareness for a chosen charitable organization each month. Additionally, we nominate and contribute to a local children's organization monthly, aiming to create awareness and support for their cause or event.
